The wine has aromas in tones of ripe yellow fruit. Here we find gooseberry, yellow melon, honey notes and bitter almond variety. The taste impresses with its fullness, creaminess and vanilla finish, which was added to the wine by fermentation and subsequent aging on healthy fine lees /Surlie Method/ in new wooden barrels made of Slavonian oak in Slovenia, intended for aging white wines.
