In 35 years, the wines of Ing. Ludvik Žofiak have been awarded a number of gold medals, they have been included in the National Wine Salon of the Slovak Republic, in the list of the 1000 best wines in the world in Paris Vins du Monde. Our wines win Gold Medals every year at international tasting competitions, in Lyon, Vienna, Paris, where about 10000 wines from all over the world compete. The quality of wine is born in the vineyard. The wines are produced mainly from self-grown grapes on 10 ha in Modra, using the method of gentle management in vineyards. The wines are made without chemicals and without added sugar. Our wines are low-histamine with a histamine content below 0.10 g/l.
