Cabernet Sauvignon 2023. 
 
The full-bodied red dry wine has a fruity taste and aroma of small black stone fruits, especially cherries and plums. In the aftertaste of the wine, you can feel tones of chocolate and cinnamon with a slight hint of honest aging in oak wood. The grapes come from 1 ha of a new vineyard, which we planted in 2017 in the part of Noviny in Modra, at an altitude of 150 m above sea level. The wine is low histamine below 0.1 mg/l. 
 
Brief history: The 2022 vintage was the first ever from which we made red wine from a young vineyard. In 2023, it enjoyed extraordinary success at the AWC Vienna international competition with 91 points. 
 
The 2023 edition is also extremely successful. The wine won the Great Gold Medal at the Small Carpathian Wine Salon in Modra with 93 points.
