For 36 years, the wines of Ing. Ludvika Žofiak, awarded with a number of gold medals, made it to the National Wine Salon of the Slovak Republic , to the list of the 1000 best wines in the world in Paris Vins du Monde. In one of the biggest wine competitions in Europe, in Lyon, France, in a strong competition of 9,600 wines from all over the world , Ludvik wines won several gold medals. The quality of wine is born already in the vineyard. The wines are produced primarily from grapes grown by hand on 10 ha in Modra , using the method of gentle farming in the vineyards. The wines are produced without chemicals and without added sugar. At the same time, they are low-histamine with a histamine content below 0.10g/l.
