The ice wine has an elegant salmon color. In the aroma, it impresses with notes of overripe or candied red berries, especially strawberries. The taste of the wine is dominated by high residual sugar of 200g/l, which is in a balanced ratio with fresh acidity. The ice wine comes from our new vineyard in Modra, both the grapes and the wine are of organic quality.
