We bottled the new Surlie from the 2023 harvest in 2025 and we are launching its sale in March 2026. The wine has aromas in notes of ripe yellow fruit. We can find gooseberries, yellow watermelon, honey tones and horrific varietal variety. The taste impresses with its fullness, creaminess and vanilla finish, which was given to the wine by fermentation and subsequent maturation on healthy fine lees using the Surlie Method in new wooden Slavonian barrels. The wine has maturing potential.
