overripe yellow fruit, vanilla, honey and hazelnut. In taste, it impresses with fullness with vanilla undertones and long persistence. The wine was aged in French Montgillard barrels, where malolactic fermentation also took place. This ageing in wood gave the wine softness, sweetness and long maturation potential.
