Sparkling wine /champagne/ was produced by the classical method of secondary fermentation directly in the bottle in our winery. The base of the wine was prepared by gently pressing bunches of grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, prepared in the Rosé manner. Thanks to bottling, it has a typical yeast-biscuit bouquet with fruity freshness of small red, berry fruits.
