Fantastic sparkling wine made by the classic method of secondary fermentation directly in the bottle. The basis of the wine was prepared by gently pressing bunches of grapes of Welschriesling grapes, which we grow in Modra. Thanks to its maturation in bottles, it has a typical yeast-biscuit bouquet.
