Pinot Blanc matured slowly and for a long time in Slavonian oak barrels on fine, healthy lees using the Surlie method. The taste of the wine is clean, slightly spicy, with a vanilla aftertaste of new wood. It smells pleasantly of yellow fruit. The wine has an exceptional aging potential. In Slovakia we call it Ruland White. In Austria it is called Weisburgunder.
