Pinot Blanc matured slowly and for a long time in new Slavonian 1000 liter oak barrels on fine, healthy lees using the Surlie method. The taste of the wine is clean, mildly spicy, with a vanilla aftertaste of new wood. Bouquet is pleasant of yellow fruit. The wine has an exceptional maturation potential of +-10 years.
