We made white Cabernet Sauvignon from blue Cabernet Sauvignon grapes using a specific method of production, the so-called Blanc de Noir - white wine from dark grapes.
 The wine has a soft golden color. In the aroma we find spicy fruity citrus notes with a herbal finish of fresh nettle. The taste of the wine is fresh, fruity and distinctly citrus.
